ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Adele.
As a Personal Trainer, I've made it my mission to positively impact as many people as possible, through fitness. I help people discover strength, empowerment and self-worth, one rep at a time. I want people to discover more to training/the gym, than punishing our bodies or as a way to just burn calories.

I pride myself on providing a highly inclusive environment and being that safe-space that so many of us need when we first start in the gym or exercising.
​I'm a big believer that what we do in the gym should positively all areas outside of the gym. This is why I place a huge emphasis on all areas of health: physical, mental and social. Together, we will help you form healthy, sustainable lifestyle habits, all whilst stepping outside of your comfort zone!
Getting you comfortable in the gym
I was the young girl who felt terrified and overwhelmed in the gym. I followed all of the fad diets that I could; starving myself, adopting a really unhealthy relationship with training all in an attempt to get the 'perfect' body. I felt lost, not knowing what or who to believe when it came to fitness.
I aim to be that support system and provide the guidance that I wish I had when I was first started my fitness journey.
Finding enjoyment in the process

As a trainer, I have a passion for bringing empowerment through health & wellbeing. I want anyone who decides to works with me, to learn to enjoy the process, celebrating little victories and being proud of their accomplishments.
Health and fitness is about more than just looking the part- it's a catalyst for positive change in all areas of life. I want you to look, feel and become an all round better version of yourself.
