1-2-1 PT

Personal training sessions where the focus is on YOU.

During our sessions, you'll receive guidance to help you reach your fitness goals. 
We'll work together, following a custom-made programme. I'll be there to encourage & support you. Teaching proper form/technique, pushing you to challenge yourself, all whilst enjoying the journey towards a FITTER, STRONGER, HEALTHIER version of yourself. 

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

The same attention & focus as 1-2-1 coaching, but delivered in a private small-group environment. All of the benefits of personal training, but you're doing it WITH someone. A great option for would benefit from more attention than a class, but love the idea of getting fitter alongside a friend, partner or family member! If this sounds like you, small group training is the one for you!

ONLINE COACHING

This option allows us the flexibility to work remotely regardless of location. It's a great option for those looking for guidance & support with their current training! You will receive a training programme delivered via QuickCoach platform, weekly check-ins, optional bookable coaching calls as well as a shared drive FULL of resources I have created to help support you.
