Personal training sessions where the focus is on you. Taking away the guesswork and apprehension of going in to the gym, not knowing what you're doing. We'll follow a programme built for you and your body. Working closely on your technique, movement quality and developing gym confidence. The aim? To build a capable, strong and resilient body! We work together to help you build momentum towards lifestyle changes; exploring sleep, nutrition, stress management and relationship with your body.​

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Small group sessions are perfect for people looking to train alongside a friend, partner or family member. You'll still receive individual attention within the session and exercises will be tailored to you and your goals. This option is great if you thrive in a group environment, but still want an element of personalisation. Ideally both parties goals would be somewhat aligned, but this isn't necessary.

ONLINE COACHING

This option allows us the flexibility to work remotely regardless of location. It's a great option for those looking for guidance and support with their current training! Please note, online coaching is an option I offer for people already training and who are fairly comfortable within their training. You will receive a training programme delivered via QuickCoach platform, weekly check-ins, optional bookable coaching calls as well as a shared drive FULL of resources I have created to help support you.

- PLEASE NOTE -
With all personal training and coaching services, there is a 2 month minimum commitment term. There is also a 30 days cancellation period, where notice must be given prior to ceasing the working relationship. This will be discussed during the consultation process.
